The space we meet in matters.
In-person counselling takes place in a private therapeutic setting in London, offering a quiet and contained space for reflection, emotional processing and nervous system regulation.
For some people being physically present in the same room can support a deeper sense of grounding, safety and connection within the therapeutic relationship.
Sessions are trauma-informed and body-aware, integrating somatic awareness with reflective dialogue. Together we explore thoughts, emotions, patterns and experiences at a pace that honours your nervous system and individual needs.
In-person counselling may be particularly supportive if you are:
Living with anxiety, emotional overwhelm or nervous system dysregulation
Moving through grief, loss or a significant life transition
Seeking deeper self-understanding and emotional resilience
Looking for a trauma-informed and body-aware therapeutic approach
Someone who values the presence and containment of a shared therapeutic space
My approach integrates trauma-informed counselling with somatic awareness, recognising the connection between mind, body and emotional experience.
Attention is given not only to what is spoken but also to what may be unfolding beneath the surface through sensations, emotions, patterns and nervous system responses.
Working in person can sometimes allow subtle shifts in posture, breath and emotional experience to be noticed more easily. Therapy unfolds collaboratively, with safety, consent and pacing remaining central throughout the process.
All in-person counselling sessions begin with a complimentary 30-minute initial consultation online.
Session fees are discussed and agreed before therapy begins. In-person counselling is currently available in London.
Thank you for your interest in an astrology consultation.
This short form gathers the information needed to prepare your natal chart and offers an opportunity to share what you would like the session to explore.
My approach to astrology is reflective rather than predictive, using the chart as a tool for insight, self-understanding and meaningful reflection.
